STEM CAMP FOR KIDS

Thank you for your interest in STEM CAMP FOR KIDS! Both camps (Grades K-2 and Grades 3-8) are filled at this time.  If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please send an email to Cathy Barthelemy at cbarthelemy@fwmsh.org that includes your name, your child's name and age, a daytime phone number and an email address and you will be contacted if an opening should become available.

Participants will use the engineering design process to create a project that meets a need, solves a problem or create a product. During the three-day camp, each team of students will work with two educators to complete their project.  STEM content and practice will be modeled and each team will use the engineering design process as a template for their work.

 



Fun Fact
The Museum's Noble Planetarium was the first planetarium to be named after a female astronomer, Charlie Mary Noble, a Fort Worth educator of math and astronomy.
