We want your opinions about two IMAX films being considered for the Omni Theater. You are invited to attend survey screenings for Sea Monsters and Extreme on Thursday, January 8, 2009. Both screenings are FREE; your only obligation is that you will be asked to complete a short survey at the conclusion of each film.

To participate in these survey screenings you MUST RESERVE SEATS IN ADVANCE. Attendance at both screenings is not required, but you are welcome to do so. If you wish to survey both films, you MUST specify that you wish to see each film and indicate how many will be in attendance at each showing.

• Your e-mail address
• The number of tickets you require for EACH film; Ticket requests are limited to 4 per person please

You will receive a reply e-mail and confirmation numbers for each film, along with additional instructions. This confirmation number will be required for admittance. Tickets are limited to the first 100 respondents for each film.
