Support the Museum

The Fort Worth Museum of Science and History began in 1941 with the collective vision of eight elementary educators. They recognized the value of learning by seeing and doing and formed a museum that provides children the opportunity to share the wonders of discovery under the guise of absolute fun.

As a privately funded non-profit institution, the Museum must rely on the support and generosity of individual donors, corporations, and foundations to continue to develop and produce cutting edge exhibits, host world-renowned traveling exhibits, and present inspiring and educational interactive programs to nearly 1 million visitors each year.

We thank our members and donors for their loyalty and enthusiasm, and look forward to working with new friends as we grow as a world-class discovery center.
